Dealers selling Alta Window Fashions can now access the Brite platform by updating their login credentials — no new account required. Starting today, if you carry Alta in your showroom, you're in.
Hunter Douglas and Alta Window Fashions share a dealer network, and Brite is now the unified platform for both. This update removes the last barrier for Alta dealers who have been waiting for access to Brite's lead management, quoting, ordering, and payment tools.
How to Connect Your Alta Account
The process takes less than two minutes. Log in to Brite at hdbrite.com using your existing Hunter Douglas dealer credentials. You'll see a prompt to link your Alta account on your first login. Enter your Alta username and password when prompted, and Brite will merge the accounts automatically.
If you've never logged into Brite before, your initial credentials are your Alta dealer email and a temporary password sent to that address earlier this week. Check your spam folder if you haven't received it.

What's Available After Linking
Once your Alta account is linked, your full lead history, open quotes, and in-progress orders transfer into Brite automatically. You'll have access to:
Unified lead inbox — All leads from HD and Alta sources appear in a single pipeline view, sorted by recency and priority score.
Brite Order for Alta products — Configure and submit Alta orders through the same Brite Order interface you use for Hunter Douglas products. Pricing, product imagery, and specifications are available inline.
Brite Pay — Accept deposits and final payments from Alta customers through Brite Pay. All transaction history is consolidated in your account.
